VD6.0

VD6.0 was a heavyweight robot built by Team Think Tank which competed in the 2009 BattleBots Professional Championship. It was a black and red wedge-shaped robot armed with a spinning vertical flywheel. It performed well in competition, placing third after losing to Brutality and Root Canal.

Team Think Tank also entered Season 5.0 with Ringmaster. Team Think Tank returned to BattleBots for the second season of ABC's show with Bad Kitty.

Robot History

Vallejo 2009

VD6.0's first ever fight might have been against Brutality. However, before this fight, the VD6.0 team had incorrectly wired their drive speed controller. With VD6.0 unable to move, Brutality easily destroyed it VD6.0 was counted out and now in the loser's bracket.
