Team WhoopAss was a team that competed in the final three seasons of BattleBots. The team was lead by Tim Paterson of Redmond, Washington. The team was successful, scoring a total of 16 wins between their most successful robots HexaDecimator and Hexy Jr. After BattleBots ended, Hexy Jr. became the lightweight champion at RoboGames in 2004 and getting third in 2005 and 2006. HexaDecimator also got fourth at RoboGames in 2006. The Team will be returning for Robogames 2017 with HexaDemimator.
