Shockwave's Season 5.0 appearance.
Shockwave was a lightweight robot built by Team SMC which competed in the final three seasons of BattleBots. It was originally a silver square-shaped robot armed with a wedge (which had side skirts for Season 4.0). After two seasons of first-round losses, it was revised with a horizontal spinning bar for Season 5.0. This version of Shockwave resembled Phoenix. It performed decently in competition, reaching the round of 128 in its final season but still losing more than winning.

Shockwave's Season 3.0 appearance.
After receiving a bye, Shockwave's first ever opponent was Snowflake. This was mostly a pushing match and the match went to the judges. SnowFlake won on a 29-16 decision and Shockwave was eliminated.
Season 4.0
Shockwave's Season 4.0 appearance.
Shockwave went against The Big B. The bots maneuvered around for position, and Shockwave usually got it. Shockwave hit The Big B, but could not get under it, even when it got around to the sides. The Big B, on the other hand, got under Shockwave just fine and pushed Shockwave around. It pinned Shockwave on a wall for a while, and then started to hit it into the spikes repeatedly. Eventually Shockwave let the smoke out. The judges gave The Big B the win, 28-17.
