Robot History

2004 NPC Charity Open

Floor Jack's first match was against Papercut. Floor Jack charges at Papercut who flees, but the moment Papercut got its blade at full speed it decided to fight back, flinging each other away the second the blade made contact with Floor Jack while also ripping a piece from Floor Jack. The next actually flipped Papercut over and Floor Jack took advantage by pushing Papercut into a pulverizer until it was counted out. Floor Jack won the match by KO and advanced to the next round, where it faced Blue Flame. The two robots drove at each other with Blue Flame tearing into Floor Jack and tearing a panel. Floor Jack raised its lifter eventually and Blue Flame lost drive, allowing Floor Jack to push its opponent under the pulverizer. Floor Jack won the match by KO and advanced to the winner's quarterfinals, where it faced Devil's Plunger.

Devil's Plunger was the dominate robot from the start, pushing Floor Jack against the arena wall before overturning Floor Jack and pushing it under the pulverizer. Floor Jack was then hammered by the pulverizer while Devil's Plunger continued to push Floor Jack. Floor Jack eventually escaped the corner before Devil's Plunger drove Floor Jack into the opposite wall and then back towards the pulverizer which put Floor Jack the right way up. Floor Jack ended the fight on its rear by the pulverizer and Devil's Plunger lost its front right tire after it drove away from the corner. Devil's Plunger won on a judge's decision and Floor Jack was now in the loser's bracket, where it faced Norbert.

Floor Jack won the match on a judge's decision and advanced to the next round, where it faced Falconizer. Falconizer tossed Floor Jack onto its back with its spinning drum and sparks were flying. As Floor Jack was trying to run away, Falconizer ripped the front wedge off of Floor Jack and a battery came loose. Team Van Cleve tapped out and Falconizer was declared the winner by KO. This meant that Floor Jack was eliminated from the tournament.
