Next up for Wedge of Doom was a unique entry in The Wacky Compass. In the fight, The Wacky Compass was barely able to move before Wedge of Doom rammed it, bending one of the side armor plates, and then pushed it into the killsaws. The hit from the killsaws sent several more armor pieces flying. The Wacky Compass was visibly dead, as the armor was bent around the edges and keeping it from moving although it was still attempting to move. Wedge of Doom finished off The Wacky Compass by pushing it under the pulverizer and flattening it. The Wacky Compass was being counted out and Wedge of Doom won by KO.

After Wedge of Doom was caught by the screws while still being smothered inside its shell, Mecha Tentoumushi got itself under the pulverizer as it smashed the top of Mecha Tentoumushi's smothering shell very easily. This hit apparently caused one of Wedge of Doom's wheels to come off. The time ran out and Wedge of Doom won on a close 23-22 judges' decision.

Next up for Wedge of Doom was Jim Smentowski and Backlash. Both robots met in the center of the arena and Backlash managed to tear off one of Wedge of Doom's wheels, sending it flying across the arena. Wedge of Doom, however, started pushing Backlash over to the killsaws and they tossed Backlash on its back, ripping off one of its side spikes in the process. Backlash's disc was still spinning and it caused Backlash to spin around in circles, smashing dents into the BattleBox floor. However, it could not self-right and Backlash was eventually counted out.

Wedge of Doom vs. Gamma Raptor

Wedge of Doom advanced to the semifinals, where it faced Gamma Raptor. Both robots were driving around the BattleBox and Gamma Raptor later pushed Wedge of Doom against the arena wall. Gamma Raptor drives over the killsaws a few times and Gamma Raptor gets underneath Wedge of Doom again, though Wedge of Doom slips away. Both robots were diving around the BattleBox and both robots couldn't lift each other. One of the lifting tusks of Gamma Raptor has broken loose and Wedge of Doom has lost power to two of its wheels. Gamma Raptor slams into Wedge of Doom a few times, angling Wedge of Doom towards the pulverizer. At that point, Wedge of Doom rolls forward, right under the pulverizer. Wedge of Doom gets hit by the pulverizer and Gamma Raptor comes in. Gamma Raptor ended up getting hit by the pulverizer as well and one of Wedge of Doom's wheels came off before the time ran out. Gamma Raptor won on a 28-17 judges' decision and Wedge of Doom was eliminated from the tournament.

Lightweight Royal Rumble

Wedge of Doom also participated the Lightweight Royal Rumble at the end of the tournament. It sustained a lot of damage throughout the rumble, where it lost one of its rear wheels in the process. Then Backlash took out part of Wedge of Doom's lexan top with its disc. After Wedge of Doom drove Backlash near the entrance ramp, it went to the center of the arena, and it most likely suffered a big hit from Ziggo, ripping the other rear wheel and the other part of its top completely off. Wedge of Doom couldn't move after that blow and it ultimately lost to Ziggo when the timer ran out.

Tentoumushi 7.0 is propped up against the spikestrip next to the entrance ramp and Tentoumushi 7.0 tries to self-right. Wedge of Doom decides to "help" by aiming to push Tentoumushi 7.0 under the pulverizer. It takes a few tries, but Wedge of Doom pushes Tentoumushi 7.0 off the spikes and takes it under the pulverizer. As the pulverizer goes to work, Wedge of Doom does a victory spin and Tentoumushi 7.0 was being counted out.

Ziggo tries to escape, but Wedge of Doom kept it on the entrance ramp and this prevented Ziggo from spinning. Wedge of Doom backs up to try to slam into Ziggo, but Ziggo started spinning again. When Wedge of Doom approaches, Ziggo smacks the wedge and sends the robot spinning into the arena wall. As Ziggo was unbalanced, Wedge of Doom goes straight at Ziggo and gets itself underneath the spikestrip. Wedge of Doom escapes and gets hit by the pulverizer. Wedge of Doom was being counted out and Ziggo won by another KO. After the match ended, Ziggo's internals were on fire and extinguished immediately.
