Critical Condition was a lightweight robot built by Team Ares which competed in Seasons 3.0 and 4.0 of Comedy Central BattleBots. It was a black four-wheeled box-shaped robot armed with a front wedge which was replaced with an undercutting, 3/8 thick steel blade that could spin up to 1300 rpm. It didn't perform well in competition, losing its first match in both appearances.

Season 3.0[]

Critical Condition's first opponent was Spin Reaper. Spin Reaper won on a 25-20 judges' decision and Critical Condition was eliminated.

Season 4.0[]

Critical Condition went up against Bait. Critical Condition had a lot of speed and power, but lacked control. Critical Condition was able to hit Bait hard a few times. Eventually, Bait got its hook stuck in a ramrod slot. Critical Condition would've won if it left Bait alone, but Critical Condition tried to ram it again and got stuck on the spikes as a result. Bait was freed before it was counted out, but had no drive itself. Regardless, Bait won by TKO, eliminating Critical Condition.
